WHAT:
Recognizing the importance of physical activity and healthy eating for America’s youth, the Cincinnati Bengals and the American Dairy Association sponsor a Spirit Wellness Day at Lincoln Heights Elementary School on Friday, May 1st.

Led by Who Dey, the children will participate in a variety of gymnasium activities and learn about making good food choices.
